Theologian William Sudlow
( Co-founder & Vice President )
A Foundation of Faith
Bill Sudlow’s spiritual journey began in childhood. Though baptized in the Presbyterian tradition, he spent his first ten years in a small backwoods Baptist church in rural Georgia. Church life was active and consistent—Sunday mornings, Sunday evenings, and Wednesday nights.
From those early days, Bill developed a deep love for the stories of Scripture—and a sincere love for Jesus.
A Lifetime in the Word
After college, service in the Army, and marriage, Bill and his family moved to Orlando, where they worshiped at an Episcopal Cathedral. Later, they relocated to rural Umatilla.
It was there that Bill began leading Bible studies—originally called “Prayer Groups,” though they always centered on both prayer and the study of Scripture. That ministry began more than fifty years ago and continues to shape lives today.
Over the decades, Bill has led studies through every book of the Bible and much of the Apocrypha. He believes every book carries timeless truth and speaks powerfully into our lives today. For him, studying God’s Word is not routine—it is a lifelong adventure.
Faithful Leadership
Bill has served in half a dozen churches, often as a member of their governing boards. As Vice President, he brings wisdom, spiritual depth, and decades of biblical insight to the ministry’s leadership.
Yet above every title and responsibility, his greatest passion remains the same: meeting God through His Word and helping others grow in faith.
For Bill Sudlow, the Christian life is a journey of discovery—an ongoing adventure of knowing, loving, and serving the Lord more deeply.
